摘要
利用热固性酚醛树脂和正硅酸乙酯通过溶胶 凝胶法制备出透明SiO2/酚醛树脂纳米复合材料,探讨了影响该材料透明性的因素。采用分光光度计研究了复合材料的吸收光谱。结果表明,复合材料的透光率与波长有关,不同波长下测量的复合材料透光率不具有可比性。复合材料的颜色和吸收光谱与酚醛树脂的颜色和吸收光谱不同。复合材料的透光率随固化程度的增加而增大,而酚醛树脂的透光率随固化程度的增加而减小。采用分光光度计表征该材料薄膜的透光率用于评价该材料的固化程度是有可能的。
The transparent silica/phenolic resin hybrid material was prepared. The relationship between wavelength and transmittance was measured by the single beam spectrophotometer. The films of the hybrid material and phenolic resin have different colors and transmittances within 460-780 nm. The transmittances of the hybrid material film in the range of 460-780 nm change with different wavelengths and cannot be compared if the wavelengths are different. The transmittance of phenolic resin decreases with the development of curing. The transmittance of the hybrid material increases with the development of curing and may be a method to characterize the degree of curing of the hybrid material.
