摘要
建国初期党的组织建设适应形势和任务的转变及时作出调整,进行了大量有益探索,积累了许多成功经验。主要表现在围绕政治路线加强组织建设,整顿与新建相结合,不同地区支部相区别和自上而下展开政治动员四个方面。
In initial period of founding of China, the Party's organization construction was adjusted in time to adapt to the change of situation and task, made a lot of exploration and accumulated a lot of successful experience in such four aspects as consolidating organization construction around political line, combination of adjustment and establishment, establishing different secretaries in different areas and launching political movement from up to down.
