By analyzing the factors to influence interest rate change, the author thinks that current interest rate total level accords with China's economic reality and central banks should keep successive and steady currency policy. Under temporary situation of limiting interest rates, the flowing space of interest rates of loan should be actively adjusted to promote the reform of interest rate marketability.
