摘要
工作场所性骚扰行为在我国已对劳动者和用人单位造成很大影响且有愈演愈烈趋势,目前我国对其的认识也已突破“是道德问题还是法律问题”的争论趋向于采用法律手段对它进行规范,并且已经出现受害者胜诉的案例。
Sexual harassment in working site has bad effect on workers and enterprises and is regarded as law-breaking because the recognition of sexual harassment is broken through from dispute of moral or lawful issue. Presently, victims of sexual harassment won the court cases.
