摘要
文章分析了高科技中小企业投资活动的不确定性,揭示了实物期权投资决策分析方法的基本内涵,提出了实物期权法能较为客观地对科技型中小企业进行投资决策。
The investments uncertainty of Hi-tech Medium- Small Business is analyzed in the paper. The basic content of real option is exposed. It is suggested that real option could help process investment decision objectively
