摘要
通过实地调查和收集统计数据分析了宁波市高校师资队伍现状,进一步发现存在的问题主要有:师资总量不足,结构性矛盾突出,高层次人才匮乏和体制障碍严重。针对问题提出了具体的对策建议,包括加大培养和引进工作力度,完善保障和激励机制,探索产学研结合等新渠道,以加强师资队伍建设。
Through investigating and collecting data, we analyze the situations of teaching team in Ningbo colleges, and we find there are some serious problems. First, the quantity of teachers is inadequate; second, the structure of teacher team does not meet demand, third, excellent teacher is in pinch, fourth, there are some system obstacles. In the end, we put forward our suggestions to solve these problems. First, put emphasis on training and introducing teachers; second, explore new ways to strength our teacher team, such as cooperate with company; third, mend the system of promoting.
