摘要
本文通过总结属于税收流失的几种行为,来理解税收流失这一概念,并分析了税收流失对我国财政收入机制的一些不利影响,最后提出了从根本上规范政府收入、减少税收流失的两点意见。
This article summarizes some affairs that should be part of lose of revenue to explain the concept of 'lose of revenue', analyzes some disadvantages to the system of revenue which comes from the lost of revenue, and brings forward some opinions to cope with the lost of revenue.
