摘要
提出了从豆腐柴叶中提取果胶的新工艺。工艺中,采用新的脱色剂和喷雾干燥法。产品质量符合国家柑桔果胶标准,主要指标达到《食品化学法规》要求。
A new process for extraction of pectin from premna mierophylla was proposed. Since new type of decoloriser and spraying drying method were adopted, the product quality not only satisfied National Standard for Pectin Made from Oranges and Tangerines (GBn246-85), but also accorded with the requirements of 'Food Chemicals Codex Ⅲ'.
