农药工业的发展趋势与专利状况

Trends and patent status of China pesticide industry

通过我国农药工业与国外的差距的分析,笔者认为我国农药企业要走集团化的道路,由仿制为主转向刨制,并调整产品结构。文中还介绍了有关农药的专利知识及国外新农药的创制情况。

Based on the analysis of gap currently existed between China's pesticide industry and that abroad the author suggests that the way for China to develop the industry should be to organize pesticide enterprises into corporate groups. For pesticide preparation it is necessary to divert from mere imitation to innovation and readjust the product mix. Some knowledge on pesticide patents and the R&D of pesticides abroad are also addressed.
