摘要 壬基酚作为精细石油化工的重要原料和中间体,在国外发展较快,国内尚处于起步阶段。美国UOP公司的烯烃齐聚制壬烯技术及日本丸善石油公司壬基酚的工业生产方法具有工艺技术先进、流程短、反应条件温和、三废排放少等优点,值得借鉴。国内兰州炼油厂以壬烯和苯酚为原料,采用活性白土为催化剂的工艺所生产的壬基酚质量优于其他催化剂工艺,应大力推广。应尽快建立壬基酚产品的后加工装置,以获取最大的经济效益。 Being an important raw material and intermediate in the fine petrochemicals industry, nonyl phenol has been developing at a relatively fast pace in foreign countries. But the industry in China is still at the staring stage. It is worthy of making reference to the American UOP's olefine oligomerization process to prepare nonene and the Japanese Maruzen Oil Co. Ltd's process for the manufactura of nonyl phenol, These two processes are known for their advanced technology, short process flow, mild reaction conditions, and less waste discharge. The Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex adopts the process of using nonene and phenol as raw materials and treated clay as catalyst. The product nonyl phenol thus turned out is better in quality than other processes and therefore it is worth spreading. What is pressing for China to do is to set up as soon as possible the downstream processing facilities of nonyl phenol so as to secure the maximum economic benefits of the product.
