摘要 目的探讨磁性附着体衔铁的设计 ,比较各种衔铁的适应证及临床效果。方法以颌间距离、根面大小、根管形态为依据 ,选择不同类型病例 2 1例。分别放置成品桩型、铸造式、铸接式和激光焊接式衔铁 ,比较其密合度、结构特点和临床效果等。结果成品桩型衔铁适应的病例较少 ,铸接式衔铁使用最为普遍 ,操作简单且制作方便。激光焊接式衔铁适用于颌间距离较为充裕的患者 ,当颌间距离较小时则可选择铸造式衔铁。结论应根据患者实际情况 ,设计衔铁的类型和制作方法 ,以获得最合理、便捷的临床效果。 Objective To discuss how to design the keeper of magnetic attachment, and compare various kinds of keepers. Methods Twenty-one patients, four kinds of keepers(post-shaped keeper, cast keeper, cast-coping keeper, and laser-welded keeper) were selected placement, according to the lesion, such as the distance of interjaws, the surface of roots, the shape of the root canals. Compared their suitability, structure characteristics and clinical effects. Results Only few cases were suitable for post-shaped keepers, while the cast-coping keeper was designed for most patients, because it was easy to make and manipulate. Laser-welded keeper just could be used when there was enough space between the upper jaw and the lower jaw in patients with limited space to design the cast-keepers. Conclusion We should design the keeper according to each individual, in order to obtain the most reasonable and fast effects.
