摘要
研究了在HNO3水溶液体系中以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺单体接枝改性椰纤维制备吸水性树脂的某些接枝共聚反应条件,并用红外光谱分析鉴定了接枝产物。结果表明,当引发剂硝酸铈铵浓度为20 mmol/L,引发反应体系的硝酸浓度为0.15 mol/L,m(AA+AM)/m(纤维素)≈7,反应温度为35 ℃、时间为4 h时,接枝率较高,可达到63%。
The graft copolymerization reaction conditons of acrylic-acid, acrylamide onto modified-coconut cellulose in nitric solution was studied for preparation of novel super absorbent resein with ammonium ceric nitrate as initiator. The grafting copolymers was identified by FT-IR. The results showed that the grafting rate was high, upto 63%, when the initiator was 20 mmol/L, the ratio of m(AA+AM)/m(CMC), the nitric-acid 0.15 mol/L, the reaction temperature 35℃, and the time for reaction 4 hours.
