摘要
十多年来,化工污染防治工作取得很大的进展,但还未从根本上解决全行业的污染问题。本文介绍了2020年之前的环保规划设想。
The Pollution prevention of chemical industry has achieved a great progress in recent 10 years in China. However, pollution problems existed in chemical industry have not been solved thoroughly. The article describes the tentative plan for environment protection of chemical industry before 2020.
