The optimum freight problem often encountered in the process of the manufacture & administration.It is a linear programming problem and can be solved by means of microcomputer.This article tries the Simplex method by using C program and the “premium solves”method by using Excel.By comparing the result,it is proved that the Simplex method by using C program is better than Excel's“premium solves”.
