On “Quality Education” and Library Construction in Higher Professional College

高职院校为了实施素质教育必须围绕高职院校的总体目标来展开。高职院校的图书馆在配合学校素质教育的工作中成为培养学生学习兴趣的摇篮,学生自主学习的中心;学生就业前的培训基地。

This paper focuses on the necessity of the “quality education” in higher professional college and its general plan and development. It points out that the libraries therein should play a role as a cradle of the quality education to arose the students' enthusiasm for hard working in their studies, a center of study for the students themselves and a training base for the students to get ready for jobs.
