摘要
目的探讨严重急性呼吸综合症(SARS)患者不同病程期生化指标变化特点,为临床治疗提供依据。方法对临床确诊的SARS患者病例资料进行摘抄,数据库录入,统计分析,同时对治愈和死亡病例分组统计,对比分析其特点。异常值界限参照全国临床检验操作规程。结果ALB低于参考值下限者达80%以上,死亡组终末期达最低值。LDH升高者49%,均值274±116U/L,死亡组升高者达80%,均值449±196U/L。ALT、AST、γ-GT均有不同程度升高,一般在参考值上限的1-2倍,治愈组与死亡组均值差距不明显,ALT升高者达61%,而AST、γ-GT升高者略低。治愈组恢复期各项酶指标尚未降至参考范围。葡萄糖治愈组平均值为6.13±2.47mmol/L,而死亡组为9.38±3.13mmol/L。结论SARS患者不同病程期及治愈与死亡组其生化指标有明显差异。
Objective To explore changing characteristics of biochemical tests in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) during every stage and supply identification standards for clinic. Methods To copy material of patients with SARS and establish database, then analyzed by statistics. According to different prognoses, characteristics of biochemical tests were analyzed between cure and death group. Results On the serum level of ALB, 80 percent of patients decreased. In death group, the value of decreasing rate was the minimum during the end stage. 49 percent of values of LDH were higher than reference and the mean was 274±116U/L. In death group, it reached 80 percent and the mean was 449±196 U/L. AST, ALT and γ-GT were all elevated in different degrees. Normally, the values was two double of higher references. There was not significant difference between the cure and death group. Total abnormal rate of ALT was 61 percent, but AST and γ-GT were lower. During convalescence, activities of enzymes detected in the cure group, were all beyond reference ranges. The mean of serum Glu in the cure group was 6.13±2.47mmol/L and was 9.38±3.13mmol/L in death group. Conclusion It was beneficial to curing and prongosing SARS that knowing characteristics of biochemical tests.
