摘要
对国家标准化指导性技术文件GB/Z17625.4-2000《电磁兼容限值中、高压电力系统中畸变负荷发射限值的评估》中提出的负荷同时系数进行了研究。与电力系统负荷相比,牵引负荷最大的不同点之一在于其随机波动性。本文通过大量牵引负荷实测数据统计和计算,提出了牵引负荷实际同时系数,并说明了同时系数对谐波发送限值分配具有较大影响。指出制定谐波标准时应充分考虑负荷同时系数,使谐波标准更加合理。
This paper studies how to apply the coincidence factors proposed by National Standardization Directive Technique Document GB/Z17625. 4-2000 (idt IEC 61000-3-6: 1996) to electrified railway loads. It is proved that the coincidence factors in GB/Z17625. 4-2000 are not suitable for electrified railway loads based on statistics and calculation of a lot of measurement data of electrified railways. Factual coincidence factors of electrified railways are put forward and the influence of coincidence factors on distribution of harmonic emission limits to users is illustrated in this paper. When individual user's harmonic emission level is checked out, sufficient consideration of coincidence factors is necessary especially for peculiar user, such as electrified railway loads. It will make National Standards involved in harmonic more rational.
