老年2型糖尿病患者外周血单个核细胞对培养的血管内皮黏附性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察老年2型糖尿病患者外周血单个核细胞对培养的血管内皮细胞的黏附性的变化。方法采用单核细胞内皮细胞黏附试验检测24例老年2型糖尿病患者、32例健康对照外周血单个核细胞对培养的血管内皮的黏附性。结果(1)老年2型糖尿病患者组外周血单个核细胞内皮细胞黏附率显著高于健康对照组〔(148±027)倍,P<001〕;(2)经多元回归分析,空腹血糖与单核细胞内皮细胞黏附率呈正相关(r=0041,P<001)。结论老年2型糖尿患者外周血单个核细胞对培养的血管内皮细胞的黏附性增强,高血糖等代谢异常与此黏附性增强有关。 Objective To investigate the adherence of mononuclear cells to endothelium in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Endothelial adhesiveness for mononuclear cells was assessed by functional binding assay in aging group (24 cases) and normal group (32 cases). Results Adherence of mononuclear cells from aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly greater than that of cells isolated from the normal controls( P <0 01). Multiple regression analysis demonstrated a positive relationship between mononuclear cell binding and fasting plasma glucose( r =0 041, P <0 01). Conclusions Adherence of mononuclear cells to endothelium is increased in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Hyperglycemia, or other metabolic abnormalities is responsible for the enhanced adhesiveness of mononuclear cells.
