芝麻雄性核不育系氨基酸含量变化初探 被引量:3

摘要 在芝麻盛花中期,比较分析芝麻雄性核不育系中不育株与可育株不同发育时期的花蕾和叶片中各种氨基酸的含量差异。同可育株相比,不育株不同时期花蕾中天冬酰胺、脯氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、亮氨酸的差异较为明显,这些物质代谢的变化可能与芝麻雄性不育有关。不育株叶片中各种氨基酸略有不同,但总量差异不太明显。 During the Full-flowering stage of sesame development,the amino acids contents in leaves and alabastra of male sterile and fertile plants of sesame nuclear male-sterile lines were tested and analyzed .Compared with the amino acids contents in alabastra of male fertile plants,the contents of Asn,Pro,Glu Lys and Leu in male-sterile plants were lower .The metabolism of the above materials may contribute to the male sterility of sesame. No significant differences were found among the amino acids contents in the leaves of male sterile and fertile plants.
