摘要
目的 :明确转染BMP -II型突变受体对Tca8113舌癌细胞的作用 ,以进一步探讨、认识BMPs对口腔上皮恶变的作用机理。方法 :检测转染BMP -II型突变受体的Tca8113舌癌细胞 (Tca8113ZR细胞 )和Tca8113细胞的细胞周期相关因子p2 7和 p5 7的表达 ,以明确突变受体对细胞周期及生长的影响。 结果 :转染了BMPⅡ型突变受体后 ,肿瘤细胞的增殖能力显著减弱。结论 :BMPs信号在口腔舌癌细胞的恶性变化中起着重要的调控作用 ,BMPs信号的改变可能导致细胞的恶性程度的改变。
Objective: To study the biological effects of BMPs signals on the carcinogenesis of oral epithelia. Methods: The expressions of p27,p57 in Tca8113 and Tca8113ZR cells were detected and analyzed by using immunohistochemical method and image analysis system. Results: The results showed that the blocked BMPs signal transduction has a negative effect on the proliferation of Tca8113 cells. Conclusion: BMPs might be involved in occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of oral epithelium.
