摘要
目的 :探讨儿童无龋者和易感龋者菌斑液中氨基酸的组成、含量及其与龋易感性的关系。方法 :选择幼儿园 3~ 5岁儿童 4 2名 ,其中无龋者 2 2名和易感龋者 2 0名 ,用高效液相色谱法对菌斑液中氨基酸进行定量分析。结果 :共测定菌斑液中的 17种氨基酸 ,各样本中谷氨酸含量最高 ,基线菌斑液中无龋者精氨酸和脯氨酸含量高于易感龋者。 10 %蔗糖含漱后 7min ,谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸在易感龋组的含量均比无龋组含量高。与基线菌斑液相比无龋者大部分氨基酸含量降低 ,而易感龋组大部分氨基酸含量升高。 0 .2 %的氟化钠含漱后 15min ,氨基酸含量在无龋者和易感龋者之间无显著性差异 ,与基线菌斑液相比无龋者和易感龋者大部分氨基酸含量都升高。结论 :基线菌斑液中精氨酸和脯氨酸浓度降低 ,可能增加患龋齿的危险性。蔗糖作用下 ,易感龋者菌斑液中氨基酸含量高于无龋者。氟化钠对易感龋者和无龋者菌斑液中的氨基酸含量影响不大。
Objective: To clarify the constituents and contents of amino acids in the children dental plaque fluid and their association with caries susceptility. Methods: Forty-two 3~5-year-old children were divided into caries free group(CF) and caries susceptible group(CS),with 22 in the former and 20 in the later.Then we analysed the amino acids in dental plaque fluid with high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Among the 17 amino acids determined ,the glutamate content was the highest. In baseline arginine and proline in CS group were lower than that in CF group. Seven minutes after rinsing with 10% sucrose, the contents of glutamate, arginine,aspartate and lysine in CS group were higher than that in CF group. Compared with baseline, most amino acids contents dropped in CF group and rose in CS group. Fifteen minutes after rinsing with 0.2% NaF,there was no significant difference in amino acids contents between both groups,while most amino acids contents rose in both groups, compared with baseline. Conclusions: A decreased concertration of arginine and proline might imply an increased risk of caries. The amino acids contents in CS group more than that in CF group in suger challenge. There were little influence in amino acids contents between both groups after NaF rinse.
