摘要
目的 :研制一套弯曲的更方便临床应用的新型齿科纳米复合材料桩钉。方法 :筛选材料的最佳配方 ,压制一套弯曲角分别为 5°,10° ,15°的纳米蒙脱土 /S -GF/EAM桩钉。应用三点弯曲试验比较新型桩钉与现有成品纤维桩钉的机械性能。结果 :当纤维含量在 6 5wt%~ 75wt%时 ,复合材料的性能最佳。除 15°桩钉外 ,新型桩钉与现有成品纤维桩钉相比 ,弯曲性能无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :复合材料桩钉的弯曲角度应控制在 15°以内。
Objective: To develop a new type of curving FRC post with nano-montmorriolinite, S-GF and EAM , and compare the mechanical properties of new post with present prefabricated FRC post. Methods: After screening out the best formula, we made out three new posts with bent angle of 5°, 10°,15°. The posts were bent in a 3-point loading transverse testing instrument. Result: The properties of composite was best when the contents of the fibers was 65wt%-75wt% . Except the 15° group, there was no significant difference in mechanical properties between curving posts and present prefabricated FRC post (P>0.05). Conclusion: The bent angle of new curving FRC posts should be less than 15°.
