颏下岛状瓣修复颊部肿瘤切除后组织缺损

Repairing Buccal Mucosa Defects with Submental Island Flap after Resection of Buccal Cancer

目的 :临床评价颏下岛状瓣修复颊黏膜组织缺损的应用价值。方法 :10例颊黏膜、牙龈部位恶性肿瘤 ,扩大切除后形成的组织缺损以颏下岛状瓣修复 ,观察组织瓣存活情况及其修复效果。结果 :颏下岛状瓣全部成活 ,未发生感染、坏死。保留全下颌骨者蒂部经过的部位表现丰满 ;2例瓣上胡须生长 ,其中 1例诉说胡须引起局部不适。结论 :颏下岛状瓣是一种修复颊部组织缺损的优良方法。

s]Objective: To evaluate the effects of repairing buccal mucosa defects with submental island flap. Methods: 10 cases with malignant tumors in buccal and gingival regions were resected, and immediate reconstruction with submental island flap. Postoperative vitality of submental island flap and postoperative effect were investigated in all cases. Results: All of submental island flap, which were transferred to repair buccal defects were living well. No infection or necrosis was found. The passing region of flap padicle was swollen in 1 case without mandibulectomy; mustache grew on flaps in 2 cases, 1 case of them complaned unhappy. Conclusion: Reconstruction of buccal mucosa defects with submental island flap is a ideal method.
