嵌体失败34例原因分析

目的 :分析嵌体失败原因供同行探讨和借鉴。方法 :我们收集我院口腔科从 1999～ 2 0 0 3年修复的各类嵌体 6 83例中失败病例 34例 ,分析失败原因。结果 :嵌体脱落 2 4例 ,牙体折裂 4例 ,嵌体本身折裂 1例 ,继发牙髓炎3例 ,继发龋 1例 ,食物嵌塞 1例。结论 :一个失败的修复体是多因素的。作为临床医生应选择合适的适应症 ,按牙体预备基本原则制备合理的抗力形和固位形 ,精确的印模 ,优良的技工制作 ,准确的调颌和高品质的粘固是修复体成功的必备条件。

Objective: To analyze the defeated reasons of 34 inlays in order to be discussed and used for reference. Methods: The defeated cases have collected and analyzed from all types of 683 inlays cases which were made in our department from 1999 to 2003. Results: 24 cases of inlay fell off, 4 cases of teeth or inlays broken, 3 cases of secondary pulptitis ,1 case of secondary caries, 1case of food impaction. Conclusions: There are many reasons of defeated inlay cases. Dentist should select suitable cases and prepare the teeth according to the basic principle especialy rentention form and resistance form. Precise impression, fine making, accurately selective grinding and high quality adhesion are essential for a successful inlay.
