欧盟性质界定的组织社会学透视

An Insight into the EU through the Sociology of Organizations

二战后发端的欧洲一体化进程到今天已经进入了一个全新的阶段,但如何对欧盟的性质进行界定仍是学界不断探索且尚未形成定论的问题。本文以斯格特的组织社会学理论为分析框架,对欧盟进行多角度的解析,力图结合欧洲一体化实践对理性系统、自然系统、开放系统三个视角下的欧盟性质界定进行比较研究,并通过确立社会心理层面、结构层面和生态层面三个纵向分析层次来保证分析框架的整合性和现实性,以期跨越欧盟研究的定势思维,寻求新的理论突破。

The process of European integration initiated in early post-war has entered a new stage, yet how to define the characteristics of the EU remains a question under debates in academic circle. By applying Scott's Organizations Theory, this paper starts with an multidimensional analysis of the EU by establishing a three-dimensional analytical framework , and then tries to compare those diverse definitions of the EU with the viewpoints of Rational System, Natural System and Open System. It also provides a three-level ( social psychoanalytic, structural and ecosphere) a-nalysis in order to have a breakthrough by way of transcending over formulary theoretical thinking. REVIEWS
