Adsorption and sustained release of mitomycin C by activated carbon nano-particles

摘要 目的 :观察纳米活性炭 (activatedcarbonnano particles ,ACNP)对丝裂霉素C(mitomycinC ,MMC)的吸附与缓释性能。方法 :用紫外分光光度法检测ACNP对MMC的吸附性能 ,并与市售微米粒子活性炭 (activatedcarbonmicro particles ,ACMP)比较。反复更换溶剂 ,观察ACNP吸附MMC的缓释性能。 结果 :ACNP对MMC的饱和吸附量 (Xm)为 132 .4 5mg/ g ,ACMP的Xm 为 117.5 1mg/ g。每 132 .4 5mgMMC加入 1gACNP ,溶液中 94 .0 %的MMC吸附在ACNP上。每次更换溶剂 ,均释放出一定量MMC。结论 :ACNP对MMC的吸附性能优于ACMP ,同时具有良好的缓释性能。 Objective: To observe the adsorption and sustained release of mitomycin C (MMC) by activated carbon nano-particles (ACNP). Methods: By using the ultraviolet spectrophotography, the adsorption of MMC by ACNP was measured. The results were compared with that by the activated carbon micro-particles (ACMP). The clear supernatant of ACNP-MMC was replaced with water repeatedly to observe the sustained release of MMC adsorbed by ACNP. Results: The adsorption capacity of ACNP was 132.45 mg/g while that of ACMP was 117.51 mg/g. When ACNP was added MMC solution in the concentration ratio of 1∶0.13245 (ACNP∶MMC), 94.0% of total MMC was adsorbed by ACNP. The free MMC concentration was kept constant by slow release of the adsorbed drug after each time of replacing clear supernatant with water. Conclusion: The adsorption function of ACNP is obviously better than that of ACMP. Release of MMC from ACNP is sustained in vitro.
