胃星星秘方对大鼠不同模型胃溃疡的防治效果分析

Prophylactic and therapeutic effect of WEIXINGXING Secret Recipe on rat ulcer models

目的 :研究胃星星秘方对实验性胃溃疡的防治作用。方法 :采用吲哚美辛 (消炎痛 )致胃溃疡、幽门结扎型胃溃疡、应激性胃溃疡、醋酸性胃溃疡等大鼠胃溃疡模型 ,观察胃星星秘方对胃溃疡防治作用的影响 ,并与胃苏颗粒、三九胃泰、法莫替丁的疗效进行比较。结果 :胃星星秘方对大鼠吲哚美辛性胃溃疡和幽门结扎型胃溃疡预防效果好 ,与盐水对照组有显著差别 (P <0 .0 1) ,效果优于或相当于对照药 ,溃疡抑制率 >6 0 % ,对大鼠醋酸性胃溃疡和应激性胃溃疡基本无效。结论 :胃星星秘方对动物实验性胃溃疡具有一定的预防作用 ,药效与胃苏颗粒、三九胃泰相当。

Objective: To study the prophylactic and therapeutic effect of WEIXINGXING Secret Recipe on rat experimental ulcers. Methods:Rat ulcer models,including gastric ulcer models induced by indometacin, pylorus-ligation, stress and acetic acid, were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of WEIXINGXING on gastric ulcer,and WEISU Granules, SANJIUWEITAI and famotidine were used as controls. Result:WEIXINGXING Secret Recipe showed significant prophylactic effect on gastric ulcer induced by indometacin and pylorus-ligation,and the difference was significant in comparison with normal saline control group(P<0.01), but it almost no therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer induced by stress and acetic acid. Conclusion: WEIXINGXING Secret Recipe has prophylactic effect on rat experimental gastric ulcer, and its efficacy is equal to WEISU Granules and SANJIUWEITAI.
