Being a novel sort of media, the internet is exerting both a positive and negative influence upon the young cadets with respect to their recognition, behaviour, emotion and self-evaluation, as the cadets' psychology is at the developing stage. It is beneficial to the cadets' psychologically growing up to optimize the network environment, exercise interactive administrative modes, and carry out the effective supervision and management.
