The article discusses the training methods and ways of the teaching abilities of PE students of the teachers college. It points out that in PE teaching of the teachers college, attention should be paid to training students, abilities to express, to organize and practice in class, and to correct wrong actions and to create. Students, PE teaching and creative abilities should be trained through the military training, telling a lesson in the trial teaching, teaching practice and all kinds of tasks in the athletic competition activities such as training, arranging and refereeing.
