摘要
提高教育质量始终是高校改革发展的主题，高校教育质量是由办学过程来体现的。试从质量意识、高校管理、教师队伍、“以人为本”四方面探讨提高高校办学质量。
It is a permament theme of higher education that great importance is attached to educational quality which is embodied by the process of running a school. This paper tries to explore how to improve the educational quality of universities by focusing upon quality consciousness, higher education administration, teaching staff and humanistic features.
