论市场经济条件下诚信理念的重建

On Reconstruction of Honesty and Credit under Market Economy

诚实信用在人类社会自古有之,在市场经济社会更为必要,因为市场经济是信用经济。但是,在计划经济向市场经济转型时期,诚信理念受到冲击,在政府、企业、公民中诚实信用严重缺失,它直接阻碍着市场经济的发展。为加速市场经济的发展,应重新构建诚信理念,即通过诚信道德培育、法律规范及制度约束等来完成。

Honesty and credit has long existed in the mankind society, and it is more necessary in the market economy, because the market economy is a credit economy. But at the particular period from the planned economy to the market economy, honesty and credit is suffering the lash and is lost in governments, enterprises and among citizens, and it is directly hindering the development of market economy. For quickening the development of market economy, we should reconstruct the concepts of honesty and credit through the education of virtue on honesty and credit, law and regulations and restrictions.
