关于教师职业道德建设

摘要 教师职业道德建设在整个公民道德建设中具有引领的作用。教师的道德境界具有高层次性,教师的道德意识具有自觉性,教师的道德行为具有典范性,教师的道德影响具有深广性。教师职业道德对学校的教育活动乃至整个社会生活具有教育作用、调节作用、导向作用、促进作用。“献身教育、甘为人梯;热爱学生、诲人不倦;尊重同事、团结协作;以身作则、为人师表”是教师主要的职业道德规范。 The construction of teachers' professional conduct plays a leading role in that of the whole citizen ethics. High level, self-consciousness, standardization and deep influence characterize the teachers' ethics. Teachers' professional conduct have educational,regulation, guiding and promoting effect on school education and social life. Teachers' professional codes of practice mainly include dedicating education, being willing to a human ladder, loving students, being tireless in teaching, respecting colleagues, solidarity and cooperation teaching by example and being a model for others.
