It is a crying need for the construction of the socialist modernization, of the political civilization , of the democratization and the rule by law to carry out the education of Marxism human rights viewpoints. It is also important for and masses to improve the theory lever of human rights, spread human rights knowledge, form scientific ideas of human rights and train themselves with good human rights sense.
