摘要
针对陶瓷材料的特点,研制了一种双薄膜式表面热电偶。本文主要介绍此种薄膜偶的制造工艺、静动态标定情况,并给出其在绝热发动机中的应用情况。
A double-membranous Surface thermocouple used in ceramic materials has been developed. Its manufacture process,the calibrating condition of static and dynamic state and the application on adiabatic heat engine are described.
