With the overall advance of further education of teachers in primary and middle schools, the management of f urther education is getting heavier and more complicated. In view of this, we d evelop and design 'management system of further education of teachers in primar y and middle school in Jiangxi province'. It may be used for the inquiry, analy sis, and statistics of the amout of teachers and their sex, age structure and ed ucation degree. And the proportion of the leading teachers and information of th eir further education can be also found in it.
