摘要
体操是现行中学《体育与健康》课程的重点教学内容之一,包括实用性体操在内的基本体操、技巧、单扛、双扛和支撑跳跃。但由于受传统竞技体育技术教学观念的影响,教学内容主要突出了竞技体操男子六项、女子四项,用等级运动员的标准衡量本科毕业生的成绩,却远离了《体育与健康》实际要求;为此,体操课程的改革,必须用"三维健康"观,联系学校体育教改实际,落实课程的准备部分和基本体操的教学改革,从而放大体育健身功能。
Gymnastics is one of the priorities in presen t P.E. and Health curriculum, which includes practical gymnatics, basic gymnastics , horizontal bar, parallel bars and sustaining and leaping. Influenced by traditi onal technique-teaching conception, the teaching contents of gymnastics always f ocus on competitive gym, men's six items and women's four items. The measurement s for undergraduates follow the athletes' rankings, but depart from the demands of P.E. and Health curriculum. So the reforms of gymnastics curriculum should be based on concept of 'three-dimensional health' and be related to the realitie s of school. P.E. reforms, especially focusing on the warming-up segment of basi c gymnastics and amplifying sports function of health-building.
