摘要
走与跑,是人类赖以生存的基本的身体活动,通过跑步运动,可以有效的增进大学生的身体健康,这是无可争议的。但是随着社会物质生活的丰富,却给学生们带来懒怠行为,因而忽视了具有健身价值的耐力跑运动。为此,笔者以针对性的选题,采用健身教育方式,以及群体互动与自我反馈锻炼的方法,有效的提高跑的耐力素质。
Walking and running are the fundamental physi ca l activities of human beings for living. Running can effectively promote colleg e students' health, which is beyond any dispute. However, with the plentifulness of the social physical life, college students are becoming lazy in their behavi ors, thus neglecting the value of endurance running. For this, the paper,by the selective topics, ponders the ways in which the students' endurance quality is i mproved, such as, adopting a body-building, mass interacting and self-feedback exercise.
