体针、耳针治疗青少年近视临床观察

Clinical observation on body acupuncture and auricular acupuncture for treatment of juvenile myopia

目的 :探讨体针、耳针治疗青少年近视的临床疗效差异。方法 :将 1 0 4例青少年近视眼患者随机分为体针组 (52例 ,96只患眼 )和耳针组(52例 ,92只患眼 ) ,体针组针刺睛明、四白、风池等穴 ,耳针组针刺耳穴眼、目1 、肝等穴。结果 :体针组和耳针组治疗后视力均有提高 ,但体针组疗效优于耳针组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :体针治疗青少年近视的临床疗效肯定 。

Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effects o f body acupuncture and auricular acupuncture for treatment of juvenile myopia. Methods 104 cases were randomly divided into body acupuncture group (5 2 cases, 96 eyes) and auricular acupuncture group (52 cases, 92 eyes). The body acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture at Jingming (BL 1), Sibai (ST 2), Fengchi (GB 20), and the auricular acupuncture group by acupuncture at auricular points Eye, Eye 1, Liver. Results The vision in both the two groups were improved; the clinical therapeutic effect in the body acu puncture group was higher than the auricular acupuncture (P<0 01). C onclusion Body acupuncture has a d efinite clinical therapeutic effect on juvenile myopia, which is better than tha t of the auricular acupuncture.
