介绍国外针灸临床研究中几种安慰对照方法

Placebo-control methods in clinical study of acupuncture and moxibustion abroad

针灸临床研究水平常常由于研究方法问题而不被国际学术界认可 ,随机双盲对照 (RCT)被公认为金标准 ,应用在针灸临床试验中 ,对针灸研究者最大挑战是设计理想的安慰对照方法和实施双盲原则。通过介绍 2 0世纪 70年代以来 ,国外研究者在针灸疗效及安全性评价研究中 ,应用的主要安慰对照方法及近期国外学者对此的热烈讨论 。

Clinical study level of acupuncture and moxibustion of te n are not approved by international academic circles due to research methods, an d double blind randomized controlled trial (RCT) is commonly approved as gold standard. I n clinical trial of acupuncture and moxibustion, the biggest challenge to resear chers of acupuncture and moxibustion is design of ideal placebo-control method and double-blind principle. This paper introduces main placebo-control methods used by the researcher abroad in evaluation of therapeutic effects and safety o f acupuncture and moxibustion since the 1970s and recent discussion of scholars abroad, hoping to induce close attention and exploration of the academic circle to this problem.
