摘要
目的 :通过动物实验探讨电针“合谷”“三阴交”穴促分娩的作用机理。方法 :选健康成年Wistar大鼠 55只 ,分正常对照组、模型对照组、“合谷”组、“三阴交”组、“合谷”加“三阴交”组。以子宫颈及子宫体组织前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )、血清及羊水雌二醇 (E2 )和孕酮 (P)为指标。结果 :电针“合谷”穴使晚孕大鼠宫体及宫颈组织PGE2 、血清E2 、羊水中P含量显著升高 ;电针“三阴交”穴仅使晚孕大鼠羊水中P含量显著升高 ;同时电针“合谷”“三阴交”穴对本实验所测各项内分泌指标影响不显著。
Objective To explore the mechanism of electroacupun ct ure at Hegu (LI 4) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) in promoting labor. Methods 55 healthy adult Wistar rats were divided into normal group and model control group,'Hegu'group,'Sanyinjiao' group,'Hegu' plus 'Sanyinjiao' group, and pro staglandin E 2(PGE 2) contents in the uterine cervix and the body of uterus, a nd estradiol (E 2) and progesterone(P) contents in the serum and the amniotic f lui d were determined. Results Electroacupuncture at Hegu (LI 4) could significantly increase PGE 2 in the body of uterus and the uterine cervix, and E 2 in serum and P content in the amniotic fluid; electroacupuncture at Sanyinj iao (SP 6) only could significantly increase P content in the amniotic flui d; and elect roacupuncture at Hegu (LI 4) plus Sanyinjiao (SP 6) points did not significantly change the above indexes in the rat of late pregnancy.
