围刺飞针加电针治疗斑秃128例疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of surround-flying needling pluse lectroacupuncture in 128 cases of alopecia areata

目的 :寻找治疗斑秃的有效方法。方法 :将斑秃患者 2 0 8例随机分为 2组。治疗组 1 2 8例采用围刺飞针加电针治疗 ,每日 1次 ,1 5次为一疗程 ;对照组 80例用内服中药治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 7% ,对照组为 75 0 % ,两组总有效率比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :围刺飞针加电针治疗斑秃具有良好效果 ,其进针快 ,疼痛感较轻 ,安全 ,病人易接受 ,在临床上有推广价值。

Objective To search for an effective method for tre at ment of alopecia areata. Methods 208 cases of alopecia areata w ere randomly divided into the treatment group (n=128) treated by surround -flying needling plus electrical needling therapy, once a day, 15 sessions cons tituting one course, and the control group (n=80) treated by internal admini stration of Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate was 86 7% in the treatment group and 75 0% in the control group with a significant differ enc e between the two groups (P<0 01). Conclusion The surround -flying needling plus electrical needling therapy have a good therapeutic effec t on alopecia areata with rapid needle insertion, milder pain and safety, and a re easily accepted by patients.
