微波同轴中功率量值传递广泛采用单定向耦合传递系统,这种系统确定被检中功率座的校准系数K_(bu),在0.4~18GHz频带内,通常可提供小于5%的总不确定度。这种系统操作简便、可靠性高,特别适合于二级计量部门和基层计量室的中功率测试。
This paper describes a practical transfer system for coaxial RF medium power(20W) calibration in the 0.04-180Hz frequency range. With this system the calibration factor K_(bu) of under test medium power sensors such as HP8481B or HP8482B, is measured to an uncertainty of less than 5%.
