摘要
本文介绍了作为光辐射功率测量最高基准的低温绝对辐射计(CAR)的原理、结构及特性,回顾了CAR的发展进程及其准确度的验证,讨论了CAR在计量学、地球遥感和太阳物理等方面的应用,简要评述了CAR将在光辐射计量学中引起的变革及其发展趋势。
In this paper we describe the principle, construction and charact eristic of the cryogenic absolute radiometer (CAR), which represents the highest primary standard for the measurment of optical radiant power. Its development is reviewed, its accuracy is verified. Its application in the metrology, the earth's remote sensing and the sun,s physics is discussed. The change in optical radiant metrology which caused by CAR and its developing trend are forecasted.
