摘要
根据光学三角测量法的原理,设计了一套测量机车受电弓滑板磨耗的装置。该装置包括检测、电源和控制三大部分,检测部分是主体,由检测手臂、磨耗编码器、激光距离检测传感器和中心线光电传感器组成。装置在计算机的控制下对滑板进行自动检测,测量结果经软件处理后得到磨耗曲线。应用结果表明,该装置的磨耗检测精度为 0.5mm,达到了铁道部的技术指标。
A unit for abrasion detection of pantographic slipper of locomotive is designed according to the principle of optical triangulation method. The unit consists of three parts for detection, electrical source and control. The detection part is a main body and it includes detecting arm, abrasion encoder, laser ranging sensor and central line photoelectric sensor. The detection of the slipper is carried out automatically under computer control and the measured results will be showed as abrasion curves after being processed by software. The application results show the detection accuracy of the unit is 0.5mm which meets the technical specifications issued by Ministry of Railways.
