The rules of the oxidation and reduction of oxygen acid of nonmetal and its oxysalt derived from acid element in the group of VIIA, VIA, VA and IVA in the periodic table of chemical elements were discussed in this paper. The determining stability factors of oxidation and reduction were also discussed.
