广藿香叶的发育及不同发育期挥发油的分布

Development of Pogostemon cablin's Leaf and Distribution of Essential Oil in Different Development Stages

利用常规石蜡切片、半薄切片和组织化学等方法,对广藿香叶的发育及发育过程中挥发油分布部位的变化作了系统研究.结果表明:广藿香叶的发育可划分为原分生组织、初生分生组织和初生结构形成3个阶段,在叶的原分生组织中,未见有挥发油滴;在初生分生组织和叶初生结构形成早期,叶表皮上着生大量腺毛(其中盾状腺毛比较多),此时腺毛是挥发油的主要分布部位;叶的初生结构形成后,叶肉组织、尤其是栅栏组织成了挥发油的主要分布部位.

With the help of traditional paraffin method, semi-thin sectioning and histochemical method, the development of leaves of Pogostemon cablin and the distribution of essential oil in different development stages of leaves were systematically studied. Our observation reveals that the development of leaves of Pogostemon cablin can be divided into original meristem, primary meristem and primary structure three stages. In the original meristem of leaves, there were not essential oil drops to be observed. In the primary meristem and early stage of leaf's primary structure, there were a lot of glandular hairs (mainly being peltate glandular hairs), which were the main distributed position of essential oil, on epidermis. After the primary structure of leaf was formed, the essential oil was mainly distributed in mesophyll tissue cells, especially in palisade parenchyma cells, which became the main distributed position of essential oil.
