两种环缘蝽的染色体研究(半翅目:姬缘蝽科) 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了中国姬缘蝽科开环缘蝽 Stictopleurus punctatonervosus minutus Blote和闭环缘 S.viridictatus( Uhler)的核型及其染色体的减数分裂行为 .结果表明 :两个种的染色体数目均为 2 n(♂ ) =1 3,具有一对 m染色体和 XO性别决定机制 ,但是在染色体行为方面却表现出了各自的特异性 . The karyotypes and meiotic behavior of chromosomes in Stictopleurus punctatonervosus minutus Blte and Stictopleurus viridictatus (Uhler) were studied with male germ cells prepared on air dried slides stained with Giemsa.Results showed that these two species have the typical number of 13 chromosomes for the family Rhopalidae,an XO sex-chromosome and a pair of m-chromosomes.The behavior of autosomes and sex-chromosomes during meiosis had specific chracteristics with the different species studied.It may proved a useful clue in the study of Rhopalidae taxonomy and phylogenesis.
