树立“健康第一”的指导思想是推进素质教育培养人才的必需 ,同时也是高校体育目的之所在 .为此 ,高校体育必须在新形势下重新构建其目标、内容 ,改变传统教学模式 ,充分考虑全体学生的全面需要 .

It is quite necessary to establish the guiding ideology of “health First” which contributes a lot to the “Quality Education” and is also the aim of the physical education in universities .Therefore,the aim and the content of the physical education,the model of teaching must be changed in new situation,and students' needs must be taken into consideration.
