国有企业退出的理论分析

Theoretical analysis for the withdraw of the State-owned enterprise

文章在理论上从三方面论证了国有企业的退出是历史的必然结果和我国改革与发展的内在要求，即是由建立市场经济体制的内在要求、国有企业自身的定位和国有产权低效率所决定的。

The article argues the withdrawing of state-owned business enterprise theoretically from three aspects ,which is an inevitable outcome of the history and the inside request of our country reform and development. That is to say the withdraw of the state-owned enterprise is founded on the inside request of market economy system, the fixed position of state-owned business enterprise in itself and the low efficiency of the propriety in the state-owned enterprise.
