高校发展建设中若干决策问题的思考

目前，中国高校均因国家的扩招政策而面临大发展的契机，然而发展中的中国高校大部分都不同程度地暴露出这样或那样的问题。为确保中国高校可持续发展，高等教育的管理者必须重视其发展建设的决策问题。本文从高校发展建设必须注意的几个微观决策问题入手，分析其现状与问题，并提出相应的对策与建议。

At the present time, colleges and universities in China are all confronted with a significant development juncture because of the policy of the enlarging enrollment, but most of them do lay bare many problems to various degrees. The administrators of higher education should take the issues seriously ensure the sustainable development. This paper, which aims at these decision issues, analyzes the present status and problems, and then presents corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
